Spring Yang with this 6lb stud on a topwater frog today! The summertime artificial bite has been really good with average-day numbers in the 20-40 bass. The lake water is in the mid 80s and yet these fish are still in 4ft of water or less. As we close in on the fall season, the fishing will continue to pick up, with average artificial trips in the 20-50fish per day and wild shiner trips from 30-60 bass.
